Idlewoods is a multi-disciplinary design practice that specialises in Architectural Consultancy, Real Estate Advisory and Town Planning Consultancy. Based in Lagos, Nigeria, the firm was founded in 2011 with roots in the diverse, dynamic, and cultural features of the city – a melting pot for creatives, artisans, specialists, and an ever-growing client base.

Idlewoods comprises a team of Architects, Town Planning Consultants and. Our goal is to provide services that match bold designs together with living requirements by placing emphasis on function, space planning, and creating harmony with nature and the environment.

OUR VISSION

Villa Delacruz

This is a private residential development situated on a 1,508.59 sqm plot in a serene area of Abuja, Nigeria. The project is a single villa that includes four ensuite bedrooms and a master suite.

The Eleven

The Eleven is a multi-residential development situated on a 6,160 sqm plot in Ikoyi, Lagos. The project is organized into three distinct residential blocks, with a total of 38 units.

Maroko

The project is a multi-residential development on a 1525 sqm plot at Maroko Close, Ikoyi, Lagos. The scheme is a single tower that rises to seven floors above ground.

Suraj Villa

he development occupies a total plot area of 2,711.08 sqm within Asokoro, Abuja. The scheme is arranged around a main villa, a staff block, and a utility building, with adequate parking provision for eight cars.
